Back in 2013, I started freelancing for an online publication called Insider Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky. I would write a few pieces for them between February of that year and August of 2018. Most were profiles on the movers and shakers in Louisville, the rest focused on interesting events and things within the city.
My first assignment was to cover the 2013 Louisville Car Show, held in late February at the Kentucky Exposition Center. The assignment was going to be based around a slideshow of the happenings inside the expo center.
The assignment was never published. Your guess is as good as mine as to what happened.
I still have the photos, though. Why not write up the words to go with them, seven years later?
